    My 10 year old son, Jason at the IMS in Charlotte test fitting a GS at the BMW Performance Center booth. He could reach the pegs. The ground? Not so much!

    riding buddies...

    Here are my riding buddies, Mike (on the left) and Dave, after Dave won the "Golden Fork" Award at a New Year's Eve R-T-E. Dave received the award for helping with anything bike related or not and for being "one heck of a nice guy!" That's Jason at the next table, wondering what the heck is with all these crazy old guys! This R-T-E took place at the Pic-N-Pig in Carthage, NC. It's right at the Carthage airport, so you can ride or fly in, eat, horse around, and ride or fly out. Excellent BBQ joint!

    This pic captures the whole group of them. Every 4th of July weekend I have an outdoor jam at my house. These are my 2 great friends (guitar and bass) and my kids waiting for us to set up so they can hear some music. Wife was inside cooking!

    My wife of 31 yrs Karen - she is finally getting around to enjoying riding (I think) - In Aspen this summer




    Also, a shot with her new 31st Anniversary present (the Bird not the dog) - I'm hoping I can soon tell her I just bought my cousins (immaculate) 1977 R100s with 11,000 mi. on it that he has had stored in his garage for the last 28 yrs. - got to break the news to her then get the bike out to CA. from Mich.
