where do the old messages go?

where do all the old messages go
is their an archive?

If you mean threads. They are still available. It is just that you have to have your session setup to look back to a certain range. If you look at the bottom of a forum area, you should see three menus popups that let you set messages to be "sorted by in what order and for how far back" You can then set to go back and look all the way back to the beginning if you want.

You can also use the search button in the upper right hand corner.
