    it is definitely in the south. As Homer Simpson said--it is just like a penis hanging off the US. If this offends you, write your state representative--they are the ones that added the 2 orange balls to the state outline on the license plate to make it even more evident

    I know that this was an old post but this ia a popular misconception. The panhandle of Florida has one of the youngest populations you'll find anywhere and some great riding if you don't mind rain and sand and largely flat terrain. We have our hills but we're mostly pretty flat.
