    Nikasil Cylinders for /2's

If you somehow have escaped the tanking economy and want to spend your children's inheritance, buy a set of Nikasil cylinders for your R50 - R69S from Kempmann, the same folks who have the Everbest replica fuel taps. Lots of goodies on their website. Currently in German only - just browse the pictures , English coming soon (so it says).

Check out Bore-Tech. They can take existing cylinders and do a similar process...they impregnated the bore with carbide. Many people have had good success with them.

I have used bore-tech a number of times, they do a good job. I make liners from aluminim pipe then have them plate them. Just remember to use iron rings with plated bores.
