Can someone tell me if 1804 between Pierre and Mobridge, SD is all paved?

It's not paved all the way. Was on it last month on my GSPD.
West of Onida it turns north and becomes gravel. Just west of Agar near the Sutton Bay turn off it turns north again and is paved again. It joins US 212 then turns north again for about 3 miles and turns to gravel for about 30 some miles. About 15 miles out of Mobridge the pavement returns.
When you come to a fork in the road, take it.
