    At age 63, I got sick of people asking my why I still not only rode motorcycles, but toured on them. So I decided to let my plate answer that question.

    Irrsinn means insane; Eilig means hasty or speedy.

    (I recommend that anyone interested in translating a German word have a look at http://dict.leo.org, it's a very good online dictionary.)

    Before I settled for V GHTS on my bike, I tried to get V G8S, but someone already had it.

    Not personalised, but worth sharing; I just registered my new bike and spent the extra money for a specialty plate instead:

    And yes, all Montana motorcycle plates are permanent.
