    A Celebratory Sazerac this evening...

We reached agreement with the buyers today to sell our house!

2014 is shaping up as a year of big changes - we finally get to build our next home.

The Sazerac tastes extra good this evening!

    Cheers!

    One of my own bastard-creations.

Approx. 1 part dirty martini mix (the really olivey-tasting stuff) to 3 parts cheep vodka, then add a healthy splash of really smokey mezcal.

Well, I don't know about all this "mom" and "dad" stuff, but as a brother, I'll look forward to hearing your upcoming riding tales.
