    Garage or Bathrooms?

Everytime we have guests over I have the urge to clean the garage. My wife thinks that is stupid and I should be more interested in cleaning the bathrooms.

Do you have the same issues? Is this normal?

Build a shed, dump the non-BMW stuff in the shed, keep the nice upright BMW stuff in the garage, and help your wife with the bathroom, since it is probably you that left it a mess anyway...................

You like the garage, your friends like their garage. You don't care about bathrooms, neither do your friends.

If you're a host/entertainer, give 'em what they want.

..and I hope by "clean the garage" you mean; put all your cool projects on display.

    Priorities, priorities. Let's get serious......

Do we "hang out" in the bathroom or the garage? (I mean other than when we are reading ON)

    Tough question.

I guess it depends on where you expect your guests to do their business, if you know what I mean.

I've got a clean bathroom in my messy garage. The house has three bathrooms. No need to mess your pants at my house. You are always less than 20 feet from a throne plus they are clean.

One of my friends just acquired a job on the east coast. He has a very fixed up 3 car garage. Despite a tight market, he sold his house in less than 30 days. Garages are far more than just places for guys to store junk or vehicles. Cool garages pay.

The last time Jeanne and I moved into our current house, her folks asked us why we had moved again since we had just moved two years before, without a moments thought we both chimmed in "Bigger Garage"!

    Garage or Bathroom

    Definitely, clean the garage.

Just be sure to have your guests empty the shop bucket after every use. Not doing so might be unsanitary.

And while we are on the topic: I've never gotten that "Men are pigs!" tripe from the gals.
