    How about weather pics??

Was going thru some of my shots and thought of a thread with pictures of weather?

If you look closely, there are actually two of them out there....

This is a bit clearer and you can see the base of it hitting the water...

Here's a couple picture taken by a friend while we were participating in the Colorado Classic 1000 a couple weeks ago (August 16th, 2008). This was what we saw at 6:00 AM Saturday morning, one hour into the Ironbutt ride at 9000 ft while trying to cross Berthoud Pass, just north of Empire, Colorado. If you're looking for a check the block Saddlesore event, this is not it.

    Sunset over Montana

I shot this pic last week just around sunset, unique clouds that I haven't seen before.

Powder River Pass, Wyoming, on Memorial Day. The bike thermometer said 32 but it was pouring rain, so I figured the rain would keep ice from forming on the road. But it was only three or four miles of slush, so it wasn't that bad.

This was from a storm last summer at about 11pm at night.

    One of my favorites.

I've posted this one a whole lot of times on here, but it fits the thread so everyone suffers again.
