From a trip to St. Martin...a sort of other-worldly image of one possible ideal of Shangri-La (had it been a sea-enveloped island)

I've found very few places that would not quilify as the most beautiful place I've been
since each has its own charms and
when taken each to its own, they pretty much then become
that, at least for the duration of my visit, be it 10 feet or
    thousands miles from home.

This one is high on anyones list that's been there. Bear Tooth Pass. I forgot about this photo. Sandy used this photo years ago in BMW ON as an eye candy photo.

Who doesn't love fall riding through Glacier National Park? Not only is it supported by your tax dollars, it is part of the Alps of America.

    Mosel River in Germany:

Aw heck, two more pix of the Mosel:

The last two were taken from the castle overlooking Cochem. It was restored by a German/Jewish businessman from Berlin, confiscated by the Nazis and now is a municipal park.

    British Columbia ain't bad either:

    Vancouver

    Whistler Mountain

    Pacific Coast off Vancouver Island

    Near Nanaimo on Vancouver Island

And at Butchart Gardens in Victoria

    Virgin Islands:

    Sedona, Arizona:

And I'll finish up with some morning mist over the Trinity River -- near the border of the Hoopa and Yurok reservations:

I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I get back before I return. Please ask me to wait.
