Finally, after 130k on my 94 R1100RS, I installed a set of Wilbers shocks on my good ol' bike. What a revelation of a ride. Suddely, the accuracy of cornering is back, the ride over choppy pavement is much better controlled, bigger bumps are more easily taken. The ride is just a touch firm, which seems to be getting better with a few more miles on the shocks. Very comfortable and worth the money.

I am very pleased with the results and can recommend Wilbers to anyone considering replacing the old shocks on your bike.
