Just an update, for anyone who might be interested. I am now running Windows XP within the VM Fusion Firmware on my MAC. I only use Windows when I need to use my Creative Nomad software, or my GPS software, and it runs flawlessly. I appreciate all the help I was given in getting this accomplished. A Macbook Pro is a truly amazing machine!
I'm glad it worked out great for you. It's an amazing capability ... running OS-X and Windows XP at the same time.
