Is there an airport in Gillette, close to the Rally site? I am thinking about flying in and out, as I may not be able to take the time off for a four day or more ride there and back.

There is an airport in Gillette serviced by Fronter and I believe Delta. Not cheep! Round trip from Seattle and 6 hours travel time is $600
Not sure exactly where the airport is from the Cam-Plex but I am sure it is not far.
It might be cheaper to fly into Denver and rent a car for a few days.
You can UPS gear directly to the site too.

Yes you can fly in, carry your luggage. I spent way to much time tracking mine down getting in and out of Gillette.
