    Very nice area to explore if you're into history, food, or good motorcycle roads. I really like the Taconic as an alternative to going I-91 & I-84 through Hartford, Waterbury, Danbury to get to West Point.

    The Taconic is a destination unto itself.
    It was my route to the ADK region from Long Island.

    NO-t your everyday roadside attraction-some might not even consider it attractive.

    But there in North Dakota……..
