Yesterday 11-20-10 Hi 50's. Not bad for a November Day. Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. DD850, is in the background, as well as the Battleship Mass and the WWII Sub Lionfish.
The thing about traveling is, you never want it to end and you can't wait to get home.

Silver City NM is having a very warm December (normally your bike would be hibernating) so I got to take my 1st NM ride. Went North on US 180 to the Alma Cafe for lunch and Blackberry pie :-)`
Note the guy in the photo use to ride an Airhead
Had the highway mostly to myself
Sun, Blue Skies, warm (mid 60s), good Road, and a BMW ... Priceless
Just about home (just 1 more mile)
Ride what you brung....
You never know when the window of opportunity will close in December, so I went out tonight for operation holiday picture

Seemed like a good day to get out today. What with the snow earlier this week and the forecast for later this week, it was now or wait. And with the Eagles not on TV anymore...
Mid/low 30s but sunny so the roads were dry.
Stopped by Towamencin Creek on my way home.
All in all, a good day.

Thanks to all of you for threads like this who help get me through the cold snowy Illinois winters!
Another blue sky day for a short loop ride (85 miles) around Silver City, NM. Was warm and in the low 70s!
