Bill, I didn't photoshop the pic, but did capture three images at different exposure levels, keeping the camera very, very, steady! When I saw the clouds casting shadows on the setting I reached for the cam... despite the bladder's protest if you know what I mean.

    BTW, love that avatar S.

I'll have to try that technique (absent the bladder quotient!). Have a new camera (Oly Pen E-PL2) and still trying to figure out all those darn buttons...LOL

    Cheers!

PS. This will make my 49th summer riding motos...this S is by far the best (yet).

Well major accolades on 49 years of riding! I can relate with regards to the great 1100S. On the very short list of bikes missed most.

Thanks, after 49 years of riding a wide variety of machines...I'm mostly just happy to still be on the green side of the grass!

    Cheers!

    Lake Moomaw

Western Virginia. Had all sorts of weather today. Started out pretty cool and got cooler in the mountains. Coming down into the valley hit a stubborn fog that was reluctant to burn off. Eventually the sun came out and the temperatures rose quickly. The wind picked up, but I was at my back on the way home...just the way it should be.

After some *unscheduled* maintenance and a drive shaft replacement yesterday, I was able to go for a much anticipated short ride.
