You're in Wisconsin? It looks like just me and a biker grandpa are goin for a ride out of Warrenville at 9 this morning, heading south/west.
Everyone else was leaving town. For a future ride in WI, would like to go through or camp the Wildcat Mountain area... maybe we should make a plan :-)
Did 1262 miles in 3 days of riding - 547 the last day. Frost on the Beemer several times... ran like a champ though 85MPH across much of Wisconsin.
Motorcycle safety course next weekend.
Anyone interested in trying this again perhaps a 3 day weekend in late June? Bik did such a wonderful job planning this, it'd be a shame not to do this ride.
The roads down there are as pretty as any in Illinois - the Mississippi is wide and the roads are in good shape.
June 20-22?
I can do the week after - My daughter's dance recital is on the 21st.

I can do the weekend of the 28th and 29th. A bit smaller ride since I'm booked on that Friday until mid day - but still worth doing IMHO.
