The Alabama leaf peepin ride. 4 of us spent 2 days in northern Alabama a couple of weeks ago. Mine is the Monza Blue R75/6.

First post. My 1974 R75/6 (a few discrepancies). Owned about 10 years. Debating potentially selling it if I get a new-to-me R90/6 sorted out. I've got a few others in the stable as well. Not sure if I'm going to get this pic thing right.

Nice looking bike. First time I've ever seen a /5 toaster tank on a /6 -- looks good.

Are you referring to the two pics that I posted or to the really huge pics that someone else posted previous to mine? If you are talking about mine I guess I'll figure out how to edit them. I didn't notice a problem in mine taking a long time to load but would like to get it right. Thanks

Here's a pic of my 1974 R90/6 which I've owned a few months. Once I get a few issues on it worked out I may make this one my main rider (along with the GS) and find a new home for the curry R75/6.

Here's a pic of my 1983 R100RS Luftmeister Turbo. I've owned it two years and rode it around the block a few times. It's now in semi-storage until I decide if I want to keep it or not.

Last but not least, here's a pic of my 1972 R60/5, my first BMW, taken about 10 years ago. About 5 years ago I pretty much tore it apart, powdercoated the frame, etc. and have very slowly been putting it back together again. Unfortunately, my obsession with the airheads dictated that I move it out into my crowded storage shed since there was no longer any room in my 1/2 of the garage for another bike. I figure I'll end up with 3 airheads when all is said and done. Which 3 I'm not sure of yet.

I no longer have my blue 1988 R100RT (foolishly sold it) but I hope to get another airhead in the garage between this bike and my Kawi Concours sometime in the (non-distant) future,,
