Nice. If you do find snow tires for motorcycles please let the riders in Quebec know where they can find them. No snow tires means no riding from November 15 to March 15.

My first BMW, which I still own is a '71 R50/5. Same color as yours. I believe the ID plate on the steering neck has stamped date of 12 '70. I'm to lazy to go out and look. Mine's probably 90% original, Probably 18,000 some odd miles on the odometer. My vin is 2902362. How close is that to yours. I'm the 2nd owner and have owned the bike since '85. Got it with 724 miles on the od. Hope you will enjoy your's as much as I have mine.
