As Peter Griffin would say, that bike is freakin' sweet. It's a cafe racer dual sport!

    Luggage?

I guess you are still working on the racks and bag mounts
That is one exquisite piece of work.

    Red sixes

Three other red slash sixes showed up for a tech session last year so we put them on the front lawn for a photo shoot.

    R65LS Restoration Project

Let's see if I can get a picture of this project bike. I'd say it's about 75% complete. I wish that I had the courage to strip the bike and powder coat the frame. Oh well! The exhaust is stainless and the mufflers are original, but CermaChrome coated. I did the painting (it was originally a nasty red)and hope to get it running a bit better in the Spring.

Thought I would post a pic of the 84 R100 Last Edition that I recently bought. I think its a keeper. It has 6,850 orignal miles on it.

    My old '94 R100GS/PD

I sold her in 2004 and now ride a '99 R11S...the PD handles way better in the curves but lacks good brakes and passing power.

Here's a picture of her after numerous mods

Notice the twin stacked Osram HID Driving Lights (Xenarc X1010 Kit) where the old square one used to be. I also Dual Plugged w/9.5:1 Pistons, Ohlins on the rear, Progressive Fork Springs, LED Taillight, EBC Brake Disc, Braided Steel Brake Line, SigmaSport Cyclo-Computer, K&N OEM Replacement Filter, Rejeted #140 Mains and dropped needle 1 notch, SuperTrapp 2-into-1 w/8 discs, and WUDO Oil Pan Extension for 3.5 Liters Oil total in the sump...among too many other mods to mention (47 in all).

I miss the cornering fun that always had the sport bikers follow behind a 60 HP two cylinder bike with skinny tires...
