Margie's Diner in Paso Robles serves a pretty amazing breakfast. This is the bacon and cheese omelette.

I got about half of it down, then had to stop for coffee in the afternoon. By then, I'd managed to get separated from the rest of the pack, but no matter. I can find breakfast pretty well.

Tina got the mushroom avocado omelette.

Somewhere under there is an actual omelette.
