    Thanks Hodag!

    Mr. Hodag!

I was the guy you invited to ride that spiffy K1200S you had at Dundee. Thanks for the opportunity without the associated demo line... As a quick review, tremendous power with an extremely broad power band, slightly heavy steering but also extremely stable. Good thing I was in a low speed limit area! Thanks again for the test ride!

It was good meeting you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. That hamburger stand is calling my name, me and the kids may have to make a run this weekend....

    O.k., O.k.

    Hodag-
Since my new "best friend," Michael, posted I guess I would be out of line if I, too, didn't thank you for letting (actually convincing) me have a go at the new K1200S.
It was a blast...and thanks for the warning to flip down my Nolan before I took off! Although it didn't feel as much like a BMW as my '95 R11R does, it sure would be a fun ride to clear your head after a long, hard day of work or something!! My only regrets is that I had to give it back so soon and that I didn't have more time to get to talk with you...or share a beer. Maybe in Gillette?!?

    Burger run

Sorry we did not get a chance to meet you at the Rally. Really wanted to meet the legendary (?) Hodag. Next time you want to go to Dundee for a burger let me know I would enjoy meeting up for a ride and conversation. We are about 45 min from Appleton so we are not too far away.
