which bike should I ride to the rally?

This seems like a dumb question but I will ask anyway. I canÔÇÖt decide whether to ride my R90S or my R100RS Motorsport to Westbend. I love them both. Which would you take? Thanks for your vote. Steve G

Since I am jealous, I feel you should suffer. I will tell you which bike to ride soon.

    The RS.

    No question about it.

Why did you even bother asking?

If you don't wear a helmet when you ride....you probably shouldn't be riding.

I had an R90S for about 4 years. When riding it, I always mentally planned on how to put lowers on it. That was solved by BMW when they did it for me with the R100RS (motorsport). I rode the RS 9 years before I went to the K100RS dark side.
I like the lowers if it rains.
My other bike is a BMW.

    which bike

    No brainer; the RS.

I toured on one for 15 years; it kept me (mostly) nice and dry many times, and with the frame and suspension mods, was a good handling unit.

Peter Egan has a whole garage full of bikes and still takes his '84 on cross country trips occasionally.

Ride the 90s, it could be very hot, and you will like the wind all over your body. At least I know that I will. Better yet have a friend take the other one

Since mine is in little, itty bitty pieces, how 'bout the one you are not riding is only not chosen because you're lending the one you don't choose to me?
