    Resizing GIf animated files?

I am wanting to resize a (waving) flag GIF image.

Infranview will let me stop the animation and resize the image, but I don't get an option to restart the animation.

Can anyone tell me the steps on the chore?

    Thanks in advance,

If you insist on exercising a right to burn our flag, first be so kind as to wrap yourself in it and then douse yourself with gasoline just before you strike the match.

My first thought would be to extract all frames, resize, and create a new GIF.
    But I'm a novice.

Thanks. I'm going to give the gifworks site a try.

Hmmm, my gif exceeds the 400KB limit imposed by gifworks. Any other suggestions? I like that gifworks is online and free. (Free is my favorite four letter word)

    Help?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I am only one notch removed from clueless so I won't be any help.

My itty bitty file was not a problem.

Received the 70x70, thanks. Unfortunately, 70x70 is not the only limit, also a 19.5KB limit, even if the file is hosted remotely, I guess. Grrrrr. Oh well . . . .

    Thanks Troutluck.
