And, after only riding on them 3 or so miles from BMW Scottsdale (it was 113 degrees) I can say how they look is nothing compared to what they feel like on the bike. It feels so much lighter at the handle bars.
I copied this from a site that offers the wheel for sale
BST wheels are 40-60% lighter than stock wheels and will reduce a bike's Moment of Inertia (ie. less energy is required to start or stop the bike) and reduce the gyroscopic effect of the wheels.
I can't wait until it cools off a bit in another month or so.

Well, not so little really, but still very happy with her, she is one of only 106 like her brought into the USA. This in on our first proper ride together, it's love!!

Pic of my steed, just got back from Barber Motorsports.......
Here's one place selling them in the US. The price is higher for the pair than I paid, but it has been six months of economic turmoil, so I can't explain that.
They should fit the ST just fine. You will need a set of rotor screws as well. You can't re-use the one's that come off with the rotors. But you cannot believe the difference in the ride of the bike once the wheels are on.
Here's a recent picture of mine...
