The "Gurney Bubble"...you could tell it was Dan coming from forever away. 40" + about 3 for the bubble at the roof-line. The Ford dealer in Travelers Rest sold a red/white stripe one to a local rich guy but it was to stay in the showroom for 2 weeks before pick-up. Still not a big car...saw it on hwy. 25 a couple of weeks ago....drop-dead/40 car pile-up good looking. EVIL-WICKED-MEAN AND NASTY !!(Steppenwolf)Dano
Dan Gurney had to get his customised, with a bulge in the roof to clear his helmet. They originals are tiny (with lots of motor) the new ones are up-sized. My guess is you could get into the car, but you couldn't get out.
