How do I get to the Neutral Light bulb to check and see if it working? The light does not come on when the bike is in neutral.

Of course, the bulb is in the instrument cluster. It's not too hard to take it off and open it up to change the bulbs. Just don't forget to put the multi-pin plug back in or the bike won't have juice. Consult your owners manual for instructions on taking the cluster off...the problem could be the sending unit. Check to see that you don't have an obvious short there before you bother with the cluster.
The other place to check is the electrical connector running up the frame (left side, I think) from the switch.
