    Wilhelm -- I am not sure whether there is a list, but send Luis Viscarra, the Morelos Club Secretary an e-mail: lvizcarra@emv.com.mx and ask.

    I am not sure if the Morelos Club will be managing the rally next year (to be held in Toluca, fairly close to this year's rally in Cuernavaca) but Luis should be able to steer your in the right direction.

    That guy's report is one that I've enjoyed many times before... the pics are stunning.

    But for all the colorful pics he took, you know... I've always heard that the grass is really very green in Batopilas... but it doesn't look that way in the pics?

    What gives?

    Ian

    ps => the Pancho Villa guys led a tour that included the rally I went to. The people I met that were on the tour were having a real good time!

    Ian;

    What a great trip report. You got some skills man...on and off the bike! Let's do it again next year. Hank and Hardy want to go to El Salvador in February and we need some one to chronicle the deal. Want to go?

    7th annual Mexico rally

    Ian, you did a superb job of telling it the way it was.( I was traveling with the San Antiono group. )One evening while at the host hotel in Cuernavaca, a lady gave Hank and myself several copies of a vhs that she had made, describing next years 8th annual rally. I am getting copies made of the vhs.
    Hal Guledge are I are going to Copper Canyon next week,with a group from"adventure rider"web site. When I return, the copies should be ready andI will send one to you.You gave me your card so I have your address.
    Let us know if you are interested in doing the El Savador rally, Feb.5th thru 7th. It's not a sure thing yet for us, but we are planning. Hardy Baker, Marquez, TX.

    Hardy (the BIG Texan) & Hal -- thanks for the good words! It was great to meet you guys. Meeting folks like you is one of the main reasons I ride. Lookin' forward to seeing that tape.

    My partners will kill me if I split for El Salvador, we just landed a big contract and are going to be working like madmen from now until March to deliver.

    At the Mexico Rally, I met Nanette, the lady who will be the El Salvador rally coordinator and she made it sound nice. I also met an El Salvadorian guy named Ricardo and he gave me his card... telling me that if I called ahead, he would round up some other beemer riders and meet me at the border for an escorted ride into town. Let me know if you'd like that contact info.
