    I saw the same color on my 2005 RT, which eventually cleared, but I don't recall how long it took. After that, changing oil at 6k intervals, it looks brand new each time (clear red).

    When it refuses to start, spray some starting fluid into the snout. If it fires up (and dies), then you know you definitely have a fuel problem. I'd also suspect FPC given the rain you had.

    I just did it yesterday. If you have a GS911, you can activate the ABS motor which will flush out any air and old fluid from the ABS circuit also. If you don't have one, don't worry about it.
