Yes. I had it at the dealer last year and they also claimed they'd never seen it before. I had them replace all bushings... This sort of resolved the issue, but it still has a tenancy to slip...
It is a bit of a stretch especially withthe tankbag on but I prefer this over not seeing the GPS with TB on.
I've had both. I prefer this setup.
I moved to the dash mount after getting a BMW tank bag. Works great!

Why not use the supplied GPS connector stowed under your front fairing?
