I like Buells, I even owned an XB. But the Ulysses would never replace my GS.
Basically a dirtbike with 17" street tires and better brakes. Here's a pic of my SM bike.

I think the new Buell will be some type of Adventure...
Those are great pics. :thumb I love it out West. Florida is so flat. The biggest mountains we have around here are the silicone enhanced kind.
I throw my track bike in the bed of my pick up truck. It only weight 200 lbs. The BMW on the other hand gets hauled by a Kendon trailer.

Many reasons, but the main one was I wanted a bike I could bring to my wife's horse shows. No paved roads at these things. Terrain is usually uneven, rough, grass or gravel trails. Plus I wanted to...
Funny, each time I go by a golf course, I analyze the bunkers and greens as to which direction would make the best jump.
Right tool for the job I guess. Honda 450 for the track, KTM for short hooligan rides, BMW for the longer rides with gear. I'm in the motorcyclist camp.
This will make you feel better. I have to buy tires for my 450 SM race bike about every 1~2 months. A few track days and a couple of race days and the tires are junk. That equates to about $250 for...
Stopped by the dealer today and this bad boy was sitting on display. Thought about trading in my 1200GS, but decided not to.

Good point. I occationaly ride my bike to work. But just knowing I'm going in to work takes away some of the enjoyment. Most often I ride country roads with no time frame or schedule :thumb .
Nice bike Bob. :thumb I have a KTM SMC.
Man, that is a funny site. Someone put a lot of thought into that. :rofl
Unfortunately no, I should have taken more pics of Ozello Trail. Beautiful spot. It's even been on the cover of Cycle World.
Great ride. A few of my riding buds did a 330 mile trek through central Florida. We even hit some nice back roads through the Disney complex. One of the guys works as a mechanic and knows some great...
