I agree. Since BMW will bear the cost of any potential problems, use the oil they recommend. It can't hurt. That way, any problems that might come up will be thiers and not yours.

The clutch on my 1100 RS made it to just shy of 48,000 miles. At this point it was well and truly dead...............
I have about 3500 miles on my Z6's. Good wear so far. I'm very happy with the ride and handling. Especially in the wet. I'll be getting another set when these reach the end of their lifespan. :thumb

I've decided that the next shocks on my RS are going to be aftermarket. Any suggestions? I've looked at the Ohlins product and Progressive doesn't seem to have a set of shocks for my model. So what...
