BMW riders and TATOOS!
Always wanted one, never could get the design straight my head enough for someone else to draw it. And didn't want flash ( personal preference )
Finally got one 3 years ago, meaningful to me.
Could care less if anyone ever sees it. Won't even explain it if I'm asked. Only my closest friends know what the story behind it is.
56 on Sunday, and working on the design of the next one

I've got two. Got the first when I was 41. Both are very meaningful to me. I'll get more I'm sure.

Tats
Been riding BMWs since 1971. Spent 23 years in the Navy. After retiring my wife and I got matching tats on our opposite thighs. Got a Rondel on my shoulder. May get more. I'm 65 this year.

Owned Harleys most of my life, other than the dirt bike stage, and have no tatoos.....guess I have never had enough alcohol in me......:drink

The artwork that some artist produce is just amazing. Not crazy about how it looks after 20 or 30 years though.
Considered one when I was in the service but never followed through. Could not find graphics that I like enough to make it part of me. Now I am glad that I never took the plunge. A military ring celebrating my service time looks much more professional and, unlike ink, no one will be offended by it.
Hi My wife says that BMW riders are NOT bikers because we do not wear tattoos like the Harley guys.
You think Harley riders are inked? They got nuttin' on many of those involved in the Vintage Scooter Culture! I'm not a biker, I'm not a motorcycle rider (although I have been known to ride one now and then!)

In the service we had communal showers and I once saw a tattoo that had me laughing for hours. Coming out of his crack was a big pair of rabbit ears. Up on one hip was Elmer Fudd with his shotgun. Elmer was saying, "Aww-wight, Wabbit! Come outta dat hole!"
If I ever got a tattoo that would be the one, but I was never drunk enough to go forward with it.

Well, shoot, I can top that-69/none. I'm pretty sure my MIL @ 89 has none or she's not telling.:) The scoot lady with the TAT, she needs to shave her legs or if she's a guy, he has girly legs & a sissy TAT! :)
