Bed & Breakfast Room Available Near Lima

I'm going to have to cancel a reservation I have at a bed and breakfast about 15 minutes from Lima. Before I call the B & B and give them the bad news, I'd like to have someone else to give the room to so the owners will be "a bit more understanding".
