Is this the Bing carb rebuild manual?

Or is the one for sale better than this? (Going through boxes from prior owner and don't want to order manual if I already have it!)

I have that book and found it useful when buying rebuild kit and learning tips on tuning the carbs.

Understand they sell a video - from what I've read here, the reviews seem good.
