Added Bungee Anchors

Needed something to hook bungees to at the back edge of the rider's seat and didn't want to remove passenger seat every time I wanted to hook up. Two 5/8" X 14" to 20" dog collars from W-mart did the trick. Can be tucked in or easily removed when not in use. Usual disclaimer re hauling dynamite.

Cool idea! I'm gonna try it. Remember to remove the dog before riding.

Just make sure you're not using a break-away collar. You might have an issue under load!
