At speed, ~40-mph, wind noise likely dominates what you are hearing (depends on type of fairing, helmet design and fit). The 95-db is what you are subjecting your stationary neighbors to.
Suggested sound level expose times for unprotected hearing is
85dB - 8hrs
95dB - 4hrs
100dB - 2 hours
110dB - 30 min
120dB - 7.5 min
