When asked this question, the newspaper replied that, due to the wet pavement, there was nothing to stop it from sliding off onto the grass.

:laugh .... but being "unstuck" is still something because 'un-' clearly suggests some sort of existing and tangible entity and releasing from that 'entity' still identifies you as only existing because of that preexisting entity. Ipso facto you remain something.
