I can't tell you how many times I've been standing in a parking lot or at a picnic table listening to Fred talk about his bike and his understanding of basic engineering principles.

A true character.

He was that guy who you'd see ride by. You could be anywhere, and there'd be Fred. A very memorable character.

Does anyone have any footage of him actually spending any money? :D
