I am looking for a helmet for my wife. She wants a full face, but not one that is so heavy she fights like a newborn to look around.
This will be her first helmet (she has never ridden before), so I thought I would get some feedback about good products. It would also be nice to know some products to avoid.
Thanks a bunch.

Lots of "how to buy a helmet" discussion in the Quiet Comfortable Helmet Recommendation (http://www.bmwmoa.org/forum/showthread.php?threadid=472) thread in this forum.
Best brief advice is to give her a chance to try a bunch on and see what she likes best, keeping them on her head for 1/2 hour or more to make sure the fit is good. Make sure you pick on her for how funny she looks walking around the dealership with a helmet on, that worked great for me. Jane got me back by liking a $500 Arai best...

Thanks.
I guess that'll teach you to pick on your significant other while in the proximity of a $500 Arai. HAHAHA.
Thanks again.

If you're going to pick on your SO about her helmet, be sure you're wearing one.
Hope this helps,
