Clutch pilot tool

Hey Group;

I have a R bike clutch alignment tool that has two sizes on it.
I am in need of cutting it down so that I can replace my K bike clutch disk.

By the way 80K under light use the rivets are next in line. Be advised!

Anyway does anyone know the splined hole size on the current and holder BMWs.


Also my K muffler looked like baked on crud. Limeaway to the rescue.
It looks like new.

My handy Mitutoyo caliper says 18.05mm

I may not have made it clear enough. I need to save one end on my
current tool and reduce the other seldom needed end.

I have the K bike clutch and trans shaft size.
However, I don't remember the R bike shaft size.

Ah, my mistake. I gave you the K bike clutch spline diameter.
