When I got my Fox shock I was really impressed by the finish on the lower body of the shock; it had a beautiful "engine turned" finish.
Now (after a possible cat urine attack), the finish is gone down to bare metal and corrosion is beginning.
I am looking for suggestions. Paint? Plating?
Any imaginative ideas?
