I heard that this morning - This is sad - I loved him in McLeod. I think I heard something that he was a Recycle nut and built a solar house out of tires or something?? Did anyone else hear that? I think that would be pretty neat. Sorry to lose such a neat guy! :(

It's sad to see him pass on :cry . He was a recycle 'nut' before it became popular. His "Earthship" home in Ridgway CO is a self sufficient home built from many recycled materials.
