Helping a new rider ...

A friend locally has taken the plunge and bought a cruiser -- a Yamahopper V-Star. He is looking for web links related to his new love. Specifically, he wants to read up on maintenance and such.

I am pretty much out of touch with anything other than this and one or two other boards, so if any of you know of a V-Star board or users group, I would appreciate a post or email that I can use to help him.

Saw something on Tue Wheel Tuesday about a company sponsored group devoted to the V-Star and Road-Star.

It was Star riders or something like that. A nationwide group with local chapters. Wish I was more attentive, sorry.
