Can anyone direct me to a source for orginal paint colors
for a 1976 R90/6

Most years the USA importer chose a limited number of colors from the larger group available in Germany.

In addition in Germany any color was available on any model, i.e. there were not RS colors, RT colors, T colors, etc. Yes a very few were special like R90S, very first RS, etc. Hey, when you live in a little bitty country not as big as Texas, "special order" from the factory is not a very big deal.

This means a "1976" color is of some but limited interest. Restoration of a German motorcycle to a USA color scheme seems a bit odd. But to find your answer, best source is a 1976 USA brochure.
