I'm going to start rebuilding my 83 R100RS.
It hasn't been ridden since I had an acccident with it about 10 yrs. ago.
before I go to far, I'd like to get some suggestions about getting the frame checked(straightened).
Has anybody had any experience with shops that can repair frames?
Thanks

I crashed my '78 R100RS big time back in '96. Among other things, the main frame was bent. Total repair cost to get the machine back on the road was just over $5k - but that's another story!

My frame was measured and corrected by GMD Computrack (http://www.gmdcomputrack.com) and I can highly recommend them. IMO this type of work should only be done by folks who know exactly what they are doing.

'Old Gold' now runs straight and true - perhaps better than before the crash.
