Dyna 3 firing on one cylinder

I am mid-restoration of my r75/6 ('76) and I have installed a dyna 3 electronic ignition system, but my bike is now only firing on the left cylinder. Was working before restoration (4 years ago!)

is the coil bad? is the dyna thingy installed wrong? any troubleshooting tips out there (besides rolling back to points system)
