Album- Yes, as opposed to LP or CD. Album to me is term meaning a group of recordings packaged together, regardless of playing mechanism.

The Veg is exactly right. Although I have it on a CD, it’s still classified as an album and not a single.

Album vrs CD is one of those generational dividing lines. It is kind of like when the college kids come out and play soccer with us old men. At the end of the game we pull or shorts up and they pull theirs down.
