You did not say where it was that you are going. I did not do a trip with MotoDiscovery, but I did do an off road trip with Rosen's Rides in the Copper Canyon area of Mexico. I know MotoDiscovery does a similar trip. I have only good things to say about Rosen's Rides. If that is the area you are looking at, I would give them a look.

If that is where you are going, feel free to email for more info.

Going to Mexico of course and the ride is called Colonial Tour. Towns we will be going to are Monterry, Zacatecas, San Miguel, Tequisuiapan, Cd. Valles, Santa Engracia and back to Texas.

They are have sent a package and already spoke with on the phone. So far very pleased.

I took their Colonial Tour back a few years ago. Back then the company was called Pancho Villa, but these are the same folks, same trip. Very nice trip, highly recomended. They take all the worry and planning on and leave you to enjoy the ride. Much less risk than doing it on your own or with a small group. Much better hotels and food than you would likely find on your own. I don't see a down side to it.

Since that first time to Mexico, I have been back to Mexico three time for rides with friends, no paid tour guide. You get to see and do more when you go with a guide. imho :rocker

Hi,
Skip Mascorro (ex-Pancho Villa, now Moto Discovery) has been taking m/c tours into Mexico since the early 1980's. I've never heard anything bad about them and I've known Skip since late '81. And one of their tour leaders is John Simmons of Grassroots BMW in Cape Girardeau, MO. They're a Class Act. Have a GREAT time.

Thanks for the reply, you can sense that when you talk with on the phone or the e-mails. They sound very professional and very friendly, really can not wait for the trip. I will post later.

I went to Turkey with Motodiscovery last year and leaving to Iran on April.
Skip and his wife Nancy came along to Turkey. They are professional and 100% dedicated to their clients and their safety.
I also know several of their guides all of them great guys.
You will have a safe and fun trip with Motodiscovery anywhere they go.
