What is happening with ST.Louis and Cinncinati dealers? I heard they are closing.

What is happening with ST.Louis and Cinncinati dealers? I heard they are closing.

Cincinnati I believe is closed as of the end of the year.

Also Rockford, IL closed as of 12/31/05.

From what I have read on these forums that makes six dealers in the last year. I for one don't know why they are closing but suspect some of the reasons are BMW NA generated in that they want BMW exclusive dealers but don't give them the support that HD does their dealers.
